入学案内Admissions Information
出願資格（進学コース）Eligibility (Advanced Course)
- 118歳以上の者Applicants aged 18 or older
- 212年以上の学校教育を修了した者及び修了見込みの者Applicants who have completed (or are expected to complete) at least 12 years of schooling
- 3日本語の学習歴150時間以上を有する者Applicants with 150 hours or more of Japanese language study
出願期間Application Period
希望する入学期の6ヶ月前より出願受付を開始します。入学期は4月・7月・10月の年3回です。 Applications are accepted from 6 months before your desired intake. There are three intakes per year: April, July and October.

出願方法・必要書類How to Apply / Required Documents
出願期間中に、必要書類をご提出ください。郵送・ご持参のいずれでも受け付けています。 Please submit the required documents during the application period, either by post or in person.

下の2点をダウンロードしてご準備ください。必要書類一覧は12点の提出書類のチェックリスト、入学願書は学校指定フォームです。 Please download the two files below. The Application Checklist lists all 12 required documents; the Application Form is the school's designated form.
※ 入学願書には「Financial Support（経費支弁書）」の記入欄も含まれています。記入例を参考にご入力ください。 ※ The Application Form also includes the "Financial Support" sheet (sponsor's statement). Please fill it in with reference to the sample entries.

進学コース 初年度納入金の内訳です。全校・全入学期で同一の金額となっています。 Breakdown of first-year payments for the Advanced Course. The amounts are the same for all intakes.

※ ビザが発給されなかった場合、学費は返納いたします（各国銀行間の振込手数料は出願者のご負担となります）。 ※ If a visa is not issued, tuition already paid will be refunded (interbank transfer charges are borne by the applicant).

出願・書類選考Application & document screening
必要書類をご提出いただき、書類選考を行います。Submit the required documents; the school screens them.
在留資格認定証明書の申請COE application
本学院が出入国在留管理庁へ「在留資格認定証明書」を申請します。The school applies for your Certificate of Eligibility (COE) with the Immigration Services Agency.
交付結果の通知Result notification
結果をご本人・エージェントへご連絡します。不交付の場合は不交付理由と書類の一部を返送します。The result is sent to the applicant / agent. If not issued, the reason and part of the documents are returned.
学費納入・書類送付Payment & documents
学費のご納入後、「在留資格認定証明書」と入学許可証をお送りします。After tuition is paid, the COE and admission permit are sent to you.
自国でビザ申請・発給Visa application in your country
お住まいの国の日本大使館・領事館で査証（ビザ）を申請します。Apply for a visa at the Japanese embassy or consulate in your country.
来日・入学Arrival & enrollment
入学日に合わせて来日していただきます。Come to Japan in time for the first day of school.
